The Bulgarian network in the Global Compact is one of the most active European networks, which officially started its operation in Bulgaria in 2003. The initiative unites, on a voluntary basis, over 130 companies and organizations, which have accepted the ten principles of the responsible corporate citizenship in the field of environment, working standards, human rights and anti-corruption.
Since the beginning of 2007, “Partnership for corporate social responsibility” is a member of the Global Compact in Bulgaria. The purpose of the joint cooperation of the association with the Global network of UN is to provide the Bulgarian companies and organization with a support for successful integration in the Corporate Social Responsibility at their everyday managerial practice.
